Tulum, on the Yucatan Peninsula, where Nicolas Malleville and Francesca Bonato have their beautiful beach hotel.
Besides being a hotelier, Nicolas also founded Coqui Coqui Perfumes, a small perfume lab in the mystical and colonial town of Valladolid. Scented candles from their own perfumeria can be found in every room of the hotel.
