London penthouse filled with jolts of colour for sale via Domus Nova

London penthouse via Domus Nova
This three bedroom penthouse forms part of the former BBC studios in Shepherd's Bush. Designed in the 1990s by Jonathan Tuckey and Francois Girardin (Tuckey's first project after leaving the practice of David Chipperfield), it has been recently updated by the current owner. Situated on the upper floors with lift access, the apartment has an unusual amount of outside space, with two separate terrace areas. There is also underground parking for one car. Accommodation measures more than 3,000 sq ft over three floors. The lower floor contains a vast reception room with open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room and a second bedroom with a bathtub in the room and a separate cloakroom. The middle floor contains another large reception room, with steps up to a study area and a shower room. Full-height glazed sliding doors lead to one of the roof terraces. There is a third bedroom on the top floor, which opens onto the second roof terrace. Woodstock Studios is a mixed-use development with secure gated entry. Public transport is found at nearby Shepherd's Bush (Central line & Southern Rail).

Cool Chandelier Design Made from Junks

Beautiful chandelier made from recycled skis by Designer Willem Heeffer

Piet Hein Eek, Sarah van Gameren, Committee (above is their Victory Kebab Lamp) and Dominic Wilcox

Madeline Boulesteix's whimsical recycled, tea-cup chandeliers

TIDE (2004)
The original Tide chandelier is part of a larger body of work based on the collection of ' man made' debris washed up on a specific stretch of Kent coastline. I have been collecting material over many years and the work is still in progress. The material collected is sorted and categorized and several individual pieces of work were produced.
